Tracy: When we focus on one thing, sometimes a very small thing, we have a much higher success rate. The second tip here is that we need to apply our effort. Sometimes we have a long tidulist, but we don't put any effort into the tidulist and the stuff just stays there. We need to put in effort daily, consistently, purposefully. That means we're sticking with that one micro habit that we've chosen. And we also have to do this with our whole heart involved.
