Google is sitting on a massively powerful large language model themselves but they have much more regulatory and business risk to launch it. Google itself is actually down ranking AI generated text because you can fingerprint AI Text that's an interesting part of it, right? There's no question there are already spam forms using the technology. Sam Altman wrote this three weeks ago: "It's a mistake to be reliable relying on it for anything important right now"
