The Importance of Science in the Evolution of Mankind

2010 came out in like 1987 somewhere in there so it's still technically during the cold war but the message is um stop fighting amongst yourselves over nation states if you listen to science you would be able to overcome these petty differences and you could transcend. The ai overlord which is basically like an advanced sort of uh quasi god entity allows mankind to move to the next phase of this evolutionary processwhich is what all these people are talking about. They become gods the children of the sun basically who can then populate the universe.
