The Role of the Map in System Design

IEA was working with Kaiser Permanente on a project. The head of the hospital realized that they had a problem with a shift change. They asked IDEA to help design for this, and we ended up coming up with a much richer solution. It also allowed nurses to step out earlier when they were done with their jobs.
