Dammer's 'Nekrpelia' Can't Be Used as a Defence

Trial began the thirtieth january, nineteeneigety two, and he was tried for 15 counts of murder. And he plead guilty on all charges, no questionye. He did, however, plead insanity. The trial wasn't to determine his guilt, but to determine his status as far as being insane goes. So he claimed that he understood the criminality of his crimes, but he couldn't help the impulses. Doctor fred berlyn testified that dammer wasn't able to be responsible his conduct at the time that he committed the crimes because he was suffering from paraphelia or necrophelia.
