What Is Data Helping You Do Better?

I think stakeholders have expectations around what can data help me do better, or not necessarily better or like different. So it's all about understanding the pain and solving for the pain. If you're getting some metric out of the real world business, how do you model that? How do you actually generate the right insights? Do you get the right inputs for that? Those all come from rigorous experimentation, very thoughtful thinking around that particular use cases. I would say be patient, be communicative, set expectations correctly with your stakeholders.
