What Is a Trigger Session?
Long lever physical ball crunches, hone of my favorite cors exercises. A trigger session is a eight to ten minutes light workout with resistance bands. It's not meant to be an intense workout or a hard workout, but it is meant to be done frequently. Triggers are great for maintaining especially when you're not working out. And i'd rather see you do three of those, like slow and controlled and rolling your entire spine up, than for you to swing 20 of em.
