There are some really fast grandma's out there, especially in Boulder. Sometimes when I start out that slow, by the end it actually feels kind of hard. It just takes a lot of discipline because you're like, wow, this is slow. Once you realize that, once you're liberated to say, I can go run at my walking pace and it counts, running gets so much more fun. And it's also great for adaptations.
