I think with teachers that are new to the district one need is like just resources. I guess just give them permission you know if there isn't something in their teacher budget find another way to buy it. You know I noticed doing walkthroughs the other day there was a teacher who was making copies of a textbook and then kids had like stapled textbook sections they were reading from. So what can you do to help that person get that thing today? Well not tomorrow or next week but like literally today what could you do today.
