The Psychology of Rejection
If you tell your brain, I'm always being rejected, look for it all the time. It's dangerous. Your brain will interpret things that actually have nothing to do with you or are not rejections as being rejections. Many of my clients are deeply afraid of disappointing someone they work for. But we don't feel another person's feelings. So this is true always whenever we are worried about quote unquote what someone else is going to feel.
