The Effects of Warming Spray on the Skin
It's meant to be an effective relief for rheumatic pain, muscular aches and strains. Solesolate is a mild irritant that causes minor inflammation on the skin. Tricks the skin into thinking it’s being injured and body responds with some inflammation. This makes blood vessels dilate, which increases blood flow to the skin. The idea is that that distracts the nervous system away from the pain you're feeling underneath it. But National Institute for Health and Care Excellence says these sprays shouldn't be prescribed.
