Muriel McKay's Disappearance

Muriel mckay was reported missing on December 30, 2013. The following day a letter to her family from the kidnapper arrived in an envelope marked 'urgent' It read: i am blindfolded and cold. Please do something and get me home or i cannot keep going. Muriel's doctor assured she wa in good health and was cheerful, stable and strong minded at the time of her disappearance. There were talks of a possible conflict between muriel and alec over a proposed trip to australia but it was more a disagreement than a dispute.
