The Difference Between a Gyro Compass and a Regular Compass

A gyro compass has a way of detecting north. And so it sends that signal up to a digital flat card compass, where you can see it can sense north due to a number of physics physics properties. It's going to take like 15 minutes for it to rev up to speed where we're spinning it about. I'm guessing a little bit, but maybe it's 30,000 revs a minute.
