Cybersecurity Trends - What's Going on in Ukraine?

The Federal Trade Commission released its latest data on romance scams. It said some 70,000 consumers had reported losses of some $1.3 billion in the last year alone. Only three state and local government entities were publicly hit by ransomware attacks in January 2023. The Foreign Intelligence Service of Estonia believes that Moscow decided not to launch cyber attacks against Ukrainian critical infrastructure in the early days of the war.
