The Dangers of a Single Leader in the US

I think that the US is easily too confused. And I think it takes time for people to grow up and the US is not always creating the rights environment for getting to this maturity as a society. Many of our leaders are not systemic thinkers. The rules to run a society or even a corporation are too complicated to express as an algorithm. It's like a machine learning problem on the real world.
