Malachi Love Robinson and Anita Morrison

Anita Morrison turned her bank statements over to the authorities who didn't obtain ATM footage of Malachi Love Robinson depositing Anita's checks to himself. He pulls up in a red Nissan Maxima that Miss Morrison unknowingly just paid off. The Sheriff's Office did some more research on Malachi which led to the sting that snared him for impersonating a doctor. His principal investor Perseus Wells said he had wait for the verdict before throwing his old friend under the bus.
