If we want to understand human decision making if we want to have an economics that's an economics of meaning where we're really taking seriously the plans and purposes of individuals then cultural context must be considered as a part of it. We are constantly in the process of generating internally a source of sources of change so much of those sources of change are the learning that happens as we engage in at in meaningful acts.
