The History of the GMD Literacy Program in Guangzhou
In 1925, the party's literacy program in Guangzhou focused upon those individuals between the ages of 14 and 30. It was only in September 1926 after its initial victory of the non-expedition to reunify China that it started to instoor legitimacy exclusively to so-called national language for literacy instruction. Shanghai basically always do not want to politicize in our content. They could try to avoid political indoctrination and set folks on cultivate sympathy towards party in the broadest possible public.
