Are You a Leader Humility?

i'm increasingly recognizing how women, a and minority members have a narrower path to walk around this issue of humility. On one hand, it's a important that they not slip into what will be seen as meekness or weakness. But at the same time, the tolerance for ing over into what could be seen as arrogance is much narrower. And if i can help women leaders, minority leaders, understand the language to watch and so forth, i think It can make a difference.
