Building Super Teams to Improve Conversion

We need to build super teams. Testing the concepts, the ideas doesn't have to be that difficult or expensive. If we can show them how to do that in a simple way, more people are probably going to do it and see how they can make a difference by choosing the rights of the buyer. I think agencies are a failed concept now. They're all a concept at the future. And my conclusion is that we still need the crap because if we didn't have the crap, we wouldn't know what's good.
