The Labour Party is now more popular with the voters than it has been at any point since Gordon Brown exited 10 Downing Street. The Liberal Democrats do better in low collections than they do in national elections, says Lord Tebbit. But he warns that when it comes to a challenge from the Liberal Democrats actually the Conservatives may find themselves in a relatively comfortable position.
