Do you see a future when woman will no longer have to worry about this at the hands of their intimate partner? Well, i've actually never been asked a question like this. I don't think it's going to happen in our lifetimes for sure, yes. Every time that women get more autonomy over over their bodies, over their careers, over their earnings, they become that much more empowered to be able to walk away from abusers who they might have been dependent on.
