Delegated proof of stake is where you actually have witnesses and votes. You can basically... like a validator is decided on by the crowd in a way. And this would prevent them from having too much control over the network. Because everyone would have equal chance, so there's no controlling aspect of putting in more money.You'd simply just get more returns.
