Early research suggests that four day work weeks allow people to show up as their fole self at work. When you're in the office, you're more productive and excited to talk to your colleagues because they have stories to tell. This really matters to people, so much so that many of them are deciding where to work based on it. But of course, this doesn't mean we'll start to see the four day work week everywhere.
