The Effects of Stress on Executive Function

There's evidence for both. When people are stressed they all seek out high carbohydrate high fat foods and when they do that it actually can dampen the cortisol response that people feel when they're stressed so it like serves a function. There's lots of hormonal systems that are just regulated as a consequence of insufficient sleep or fragmented sleep or something like that but i mean i think the other arm is also true.
