Don't Just Give People a Chance - Give a Great Meal

CNN.com's John Sutter hosted a pop-up restaurant in New York last week. He says the idea was to sell tickets and then have people buy them because it makes them feel good. The result? A great meal, but also something of value that will help change someone's deal around. "That's simmering right underneath the guts of your philanthropic bully base," Sutter said.
