There isn't any long-term effect of oral contraceptive pill use on a woman's fat deposition or her ability to get hypertrophy and strength gains in the gym. The effects of that oral contraceptive pill are still going to be there once they come off the pill right so then when we start looking at what's happening in perimenopause they're having these hormone flux. We have to look at changing training and nutrition to work with the fact that hormones aren't there to help with lean mass development to help with bone density as if those hormones were still there.
