Montana's Ban on TikTok

This is not a direct pork producers case, but it gets to my pork producers grand unified theory. When Congress is stagnated, all of these other branches of federalism are going to try to step up and fill these voids where they see them. So again, not that I think this is a dormant commerce clause case, but rather it is an example of states just going at it on their own.
