Don't Be Afraid of Failure

I think I said on my talk, on a scale one of 10 is probably less than a one. But to me, like my first real job. And now like, and like my boss,. he said, he said, don't be afraid to fail. He was like, I want you to embrace that. That's all we have more important than $50 an hour or $100 an hour. If I'm not happy at the end of the day, then I'm not going to waste my time.
