I want to talk about stress but before I do I wanted to just touch on a film meditation is like a must have habits to implement in our lives in today's world. Most people deep down know that we have the capacity to respond to experiences in our life and make changes where necessary. We might not have the opportunity to come across a Vedic meditation teacher or find a good app that works for you or have that kind of calling to that 180 that you did. If anyone who's listening who agree with that how do they get started because not everyone would be at that front row so close that they are feeling that they need to change.
