Oltomle: There's very few things that ubrand yow and history does rhyme. The coved recession, we saw nominal growth decline pretty significantly for a short period of time. But if you look back to the seventies, last time, you know, inflation was a problem. We had three recesions from 19 69 to 84,. And nominal growth never fell below 3 % for most of the time. Even during the 74 recession, nominal growth stated sevent eight %. It so its like you can have the economy growing nominally,you know, pretty strong levels. But it contradicts people's idea of what recession means when inflation is running as high as it is
