Is the Ship's Act a Good Idea?

I think, in one sense, a someone who supports the passage of the ship's act, i still would admit, we're esentially throwing money at problem. I mean, lately we're just realizing, goshmerin a deep hole. We're not quite sure how we'regoing o get out of it. Somebody stroke a check and let's see what we can do. Ah, i don't think that this solves the problem. It is at best an economic shot in the arm. Andnd, we're interested in what the semi conductor industry can come up with in terms of building out,. both reshoring and near shoring, a semi conductor fabrication capabilities.
