Phillip Menil: Building great companies is so crushingly hard and we all got like a little tricked in 20 and 21 and 22. One thing I'll do is just remind people that it stinks if you started your company in 21 and raised a hot ground out of the gate on an idea. A company is gonna be successful because of the people that work there, he says. Phillip Menil: We're okay that this is gonna take more time.
