The Constraint of the Environment

Business is about creating an environment that matches the reality of what you have. In other words, things such as having a tool that helps you to do X, Y, and Z can constrain your work. But ecological psychology says there's more than one way for people to perceive something. For example, in our analogy we'll use ants to make things easier. The organism sees those constraints and affordances through perception. And because perception and action are coupled, they perceive the constraint and act accordingly.
