How Long Did It Take to Close Heads of Terms?

I was away for two months in South Africa when I had the first discussion. So it could have gone quicker. But heads of terms wasn't too bad actually. The debt market at the best of times is not easy compared to what I hear of friends and people I know doing in other countries, but that's not safe. Yeah. You could probably still get deals done, I guess, but definitely it helps. And if you have a good relationship with them and you have similar goals, it just makes things a lot easier.
