The Third Line of Business Is Development

We have abose 16 hundred of these currently, and we're looking to to grow beyond that right now. The second one is development. We saw the need, and i'm sure that if anybody's been following what's going on in the markets these days, there's housing chorge. So to address the shortage we've got, without ato, the development side of things. And the third line of business, single tenent at least. There's a monthly distribution a nothing crazy, nothing juicy like the first two. But on this third one, you get that guaranteed income that they can count on every single month. You can et like clockwork. so it's a risk
