The Difference Between Give Get and Multiple Options

The idea of multiple options is to mechanically design trading into the final stages of negotiation as opposed to mandates for concession. Give gets are more of a cold at trading to reach agreement, while multiple options are bundles of solution capabilities that are designed to achieve different outcomes for the customer. "I can justify everything that's in my stack back to that outcome," says CFO John Wozniak.
