I think it's important if possible to wind down rather than hard stop as well. To go from that, where it's almost our identity to not having that anymore is a big deal and potentially quite a big mental health issue. There's an absolutely brilliant book on this called Changing Gear by Jan Hall and John Stokes. That was terrible. But it's really important, I think, not to just hard stop. And you need to have some sort of routine. It's easy to drift. You know, I'll stop for a cup of coffee for 10 minutes. Well, that turns into half an hour. And yeah, it's the day's gone. Today has gone.
