Is the Integrity Act Going to Look Retroactively?

Will it look at the purely political appointments of unqualified members to the a, a, t inow? The attorney general's been quite clear that the anti corruption watch dog would be able to look retroactively or past misconduct. How far it will look back is a kind of question left for the commissioners. I don't think we know at this point if it will. There'll be enough kind of referals and complaints made that it won't be able to litigate things that are well in the past unless they're very serious.
