Taking a Look at Trome in Higher Education
Universities need to recognise that people often come to uni ities with very complex lives, and how this can be accommodated for institutionally. In many univers across the world, there has been a tendency to adopt planning and strategizing,. which come from, largely the world off. And i think as a university institutionly, the biggest thing we can do is to step away from this type of institutionalizing.
