The Problem With Ireland's Economy
The problem in economics in Ireland, up until very recently, was there wasn't enough demand. Now we've too much demand, very low levels of unemployment,. We're absorbing in immigrants to fill the jobs that are there. All small countries have always wanted to overcome what I call the tyranny of geography or the tyranny of size. So typically a small country, their growth rate is always capped by the size of their market.
