Africa is used to big man politics right I mean the Africa originated big man politics to a certain extent but this is a system that actually delivers social goods and there's the difference. Many in Africa would be like yes we need those strong stability we need that strong system and the copies when are kind of a bit disagree with you it's like they used to big men but the big man with the democratic system does not work so when you take the big man system combining with the Chinese them they can say yeah that can provide public good, Eric says.
