The videotape murder of george floyd and all o ther activities following that, that's what led to our declaring our focus on structor racism. We have recently invested, or made a commitment, of up to 60 million dollars over the next five years to do some really transformative research in this area. And we believe that transparency is or and we might say, sunshine is the best disinfect so we're going to be transparent about what our investments are in these areas.
