Are Drivers Coercive?

i think it's a human instinct to be afraid of a boss, and to be afraid of what that boss is going to do. But when you start talking to drivers about what they experience right now, think what many start to realize is that they are already treated like an employee. And so i think conversations really change how change what they'rea, change what sort of, what their instinct is.
