What's Going on in Silicon Valley?

I don't think anyone's going back in Silicon Silicon Valley. Nobody has enough office space anymore for their number of employees that they've hired during the pandemic. So once there is no social distancing and masks and so on, we can actually have that kind of hybrid you use office to socialize and you know meet people do meetings retreats but not. And then you can work from home a lot.
