The Challenge for Product Managers

product manager, what has worked for me is just being very clear about why, why is this important, right? You do a good job of conveying that. I think most people will take personal responsibility too to make it hapen. And i feel like e you d just need to treat people as aduts and and give them the space they need. Ah, but then in that you also kind of have to bake in things, you know, doing retrospectives as a team to make sure that tey're constantly improving.
