The 65 Project
The 65 project is an effort to go beyond the two or three most famous lawyers who filed these suits frivolously making representations that they knew were false. It's also secondarily an effort to call to account other lawyers who made misrepresentations in lawsuits, but through their participation in president trumps fake elector scheme. And then i guess the third thing, besides retrospective punishment, is the idea that if the bar does self regulate in this context, a no, its self regulation will have faded completely and won't be worth very much at all. So there's a lot there.
