Doctors told him he might get 10 years out of his life. Here I am 70 some odd years later, 72 years later, I'm still walking on it. So I am a product of a miracle. Amen. "I was always in a moored if you ever see any of the pictures of me in the hospital when they read my leg in traction to, you know, pull the weight out" He wanted to fly so bad and this injury kept him out of the Air Force.
