When we measure skill as added evidence say about managers, oh, it's oveverwhelming. I think that te important thing to understand is we have to be very clear on what patof investment is, you know, hat passive. If somebody has more information than you and you trade with him, you're on the losing side. But if you move away from that, it's no longer a passive portfolio. And ac its more subtle than that.
