Tips for Minorities Transitioning to Tech

I think the best advice can give to anyone who's transitioning into tech, regardless of their ethnic background, is you really should be focused on your financial runway. That took me on this horrible road where my mental health knows dived and I put myself in a lot of debt. Had I been kinder to myself ... then maybe it would have taken a little bit longer but the road would have been a lot easier.
